Always reachable, by call or text — a necessary trait of your go to handyman when managing STRs from afar. He did a great job squeezing in our installation despite the short notice so that we could get up and going for the tail end of the holiday season. We have found their pricing very fair and have never been surprised by an extra fee over their original quote.
