He was able to take our list of updates and also make recommendations to improve the aesthetic of our cabin. When we approached him with any updates we found, he was always open and quick to respond "I can definitely take care of that". It is nice to know that there is an individual is willing to treat our cabin with the same level of TLC that we would. Ryan was referred to me by another subcontactor to assist me with some urgent punch-list items near the end of our renovation. They have handled both major and minor improvements and repairs for us, including roof, plumbing and electrical repairs, and installation of windows, ceiling coverings, floor, and floor coverings, window treatments, electric door locks, changing light bulbs on our 25 ft ceilings, and even hanging pictures. We have found their pricing very fair and have never been surprised by an extra fee over their original quote.
