We recently purchased a cabin in the Smokies and Ryan Starkey was highly recommended by our real estate agent as the "go-to" guy to have the work completed that came up on our home inspection. Always reachable, by call or text — a necessary trait of your go to handyman when managing STRs from afar. He did a great job squeezing in our installation despite the short notice so that we could get up and going for the tail end of the holiday season. After getting several quotes, we decided to work with Ryan's company to build a custom screened in area for our back porch. His extensive experience provided invaluable ideas and solutions for various items that came up through the build. They have handled both major and minor improvements and repairs for us, including roof, plumbing and electrical repairs, and installation of windows, ceiling coverings, floor, and floor coverings, window treatments, electric door locks, changing light bulbs on our 25 ft ceilings, and even hanging pictures. We have found their pricing very fair and have never been surprised by an extra fee over their original quote.
